A lovely experience and a lovely suit. Purchased a bag for me girlfriend, she had it a month before handle broke to it back to store , was told it was misuse, I said what you mean misuse, was not given a response.

They are the most strangest staff you will ever meet , halloween is once a year but in there its all year round. Today as part of my birthday celebrations my family wanted to take me to the Westwood shop in Manchester to buy jewellery that I had chosen.
We were greeted by the most pretentious member of staff, made us feel totally out of place and uncomfortable. Left the shop with disappointed husband and kids thanks to her manner.
We were told to Hang about guys whilst she searched the web to check the price of a necklace that was wrongly priced in the shop. In our opinion, paying customers are referred to as Sir or Madam not guys. We told the children to wait at the door because her manner was so horrible they were feeling unhappy. I am in the process of taking our complaint further, a meeting at the shop with the member of staff in question and area managing director is my intention Went for a shirt today, service was perfect from Anthony, will be saving up now for something else!
Great staff with attention to detail client skills, and of course great collection of Westwood fabulousness!!!! Called into this store last week to purchase a krall shirt the assistant was nasty belittling and thought they were something.
